At CollectibleXchange, we strive to ensure every piece of sports history meets your expectations; however, due to the unique nature of memorabilia, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure the Item

  Carefully repackage your item in its original shipping materials, ensuring all Certificates of Authenticity (COA) and tamper-evident holograms remain intact.

  Ship to Authentication

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location to be sent back to our facility for inspection.

  Quality Review & Refund

  Once our experts verify the item's condition and authenticity, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
